James Dunlop is a Principal at TDV Global and has worked with the company since 2002. He has substantial project management experience with a specialization in the public health and animal health sectors. James is skilled at addressing complex issues and problems that require close collaboration among multiple jurisdictions and stakeholders.
James has been active both domestically and internationally, with a particular focus on global scientific networks involved in laboratory research and disease surveillance. He has delivered strategic planning, facilitation, evaluation and review, performance measurement and secretariat services in support of these and many other types of government and not-for-profit organizations. James maintains an active interest in the policy and operational challenges associated with antimicrobial resistance, emerging and zoonotic pathogens and invasive alien species.
James has a Masters’ Degree in Public Administration from Queen’s University with a supporting undergraduate background comprised of a B.Sc in Biochemistry and an Honours B.A. in Political Studies from the same institution. James has a Secret level security clearance and speaks English, French and German.
