Mylan is a senior consultant and has worked with TDV Global since 2014. She is a dedicated evaluator and researcher who has experienced in both the public and private sectors. She holds a Graduate Diploma in Program Evaluation and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and has worked extensively in data analysis, methodology assessment, survey development, conducting systematic reviews and knowledge exchange.

Mylan has extended experiences in capacity building, evaluating to improve outcomes, evidence-informed decision-making, developing evaluation support tools, creating a monitoring system to be implemented with development aid programs, and training staff in monitoring and evaluation. Mylan speaks English, French and Vietnamese.
